Meet the Investor

Jim Clifton is the Chairman of Gallup, a global analytics, and advisory firm. Mr. Clifton served as the organization’s CEO from 1988 until 2022. Under his leadership as CEO, Gallup expanded from a predominantly U.S.-based company to a worldwide organization with 30 offices in 20 countries and regions.

Mr. Clifton is the creator of The Gallup Path, a metric-based economic model that establishes the linkages between human nature in the workplace, customer engagement, and business outcomes. This model is used in performance management systems in more than 500 companies worldwide. Another of his innovations, the Gallup World Poll, gives the world’s 7 billion citizens a voice on virtually all key global issues.

(Mexico Builder) took home the 1st place prize of $3,000 with his project Salud Dental. Jorge’s vision to expand dental services to underserved rural communities in the State of Mexico is both impactful and essential. His commitment to improving dental health in these areas is truly commendable.

UNL Builder, won 2nd place and a $2,000 prize with her project NextGen Parenting. Shannon’s initiative focuses on teaching caregivers through online courses to prevent, address, and manage problematic behaviors in children using science-based interventions. Her approach promises to make a significant difference in parenting practices.

3. Leo González

(Mexico Builder) secured 3rd place and a $1,000 prize with his company Trok. Leo’s goal to become the Carvana for commercial vehicles in Latin America is a bold and exciting venture that aims to transform the way commercial vehicles are bought and sold in the region
