Clifton Strengths Institute

The Clifton Strengths Institute at the University of Nebraska is the largest project of the Clifton Foundation. Its programs identify and develop students with high potential for coaching, managing and leading others.

The "start something" theme of the UNL College of Business becomes an action lab. Students receive coaching through the strengths framework, hands-on learning experiences, and courses to build and practice managing concepts.
